ABOUT

Magdalena Wiegner is a freelance artist and author based near Berlin | Germany. With a background in stone sculpting, street art, muralism, painting and digital illustration, they have cultivated a versatile artistic skill set. Their focus lies in uniquely portraying their dreams and emotions.
Magdalena has always been a storyteller. In their artistic endeavors, they delve into different worlds that metaphorically reflect contemporary life and her experiences as a (queer) artist and dreamer.
They bridge the gap between dream and reality through their works, encouraging us to find refuge and serenity in our imagination and dreams. Their art serves as inspiration to resist the monotony of everyday life and to reconnect with our emotions.
A central pillar of Magdalena’s practice is the commitment to presence and slowness. They believe that true beauty only reveals itself when we pause — when we allow ourselves to feel deeply, notice the subtle details, and give emotions the time and space to unfold. Their work seeks to make these inner landscapes visible: the fleeting sensations, the quiet intensities, the delicate fragments of dreams that too often get lost in the noise of the world.
